With the sounds of church bells wafting through the air, the property located in Nesso is a short distance from Como and Bellagio. The house is located off the main road via a waterfall crossed lane, down a garden staircase. These beautiful twin villas host five different rentals. Four of the five rentals have three bedrooms and two baths and can sleep up to six people each. The smallest rental located on the bottom floor of the upper villa has two bedrooms and two baths and can sleep up to four people. Each rental has its own fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. Built by the Pertusini family, one of the oldest families native to the village of Nesso. Villa Rosina is a property like no other. The current owner's grandparents built these twin villas as their retirement dream house. Originally sporting nine bedrooms, four verandas, and lounging areas, villas boasted ample space for friends and family to come and visit. The villas went through a series of thoughtful remodels so that the various spaces could accommodate groups large and small. For over a quarter of a decade, Rosina has been a summer retreat for couples looking for a romantic retreat or families looking to plan an unforgettable family reunion.
