As you arrive, you will be greeted by a beautiful arched doorway leading into the main entrance. Glass french doors lead from the living room to the balcony that wraps around the front and side of the villa allowing for pristine views of the lake.
Located in the heart of the Lake Como district, Villa Rosina offers unparalleled mountain views of this idyllic area of Italy. The Property combines the best of old-world charm with the latest amenities. With a boat dock, lakeside sunning area, and local flora sprouting about, this villa offers everything required for the perfect Italian vacation. Little could compare to the splendor of the super-panoramic deck and terrace area overlooking the garden and lake. This waterfront vacation rental is a secluded, historic retreat with neoclassical elegance and nine suite-style bedrooms. With the sounds of church bells wafting through the air the property located in Nesso, it is a short distance from Como and Bellagio. The house is located off the main road via a waterfall crossed lane, down a garden staircase.
These beautiful twin villas can be rented as a whole or in part. Four of the five rentals have three bedrooms and two baths and can sleep up to six people each. The other rental located on the bottom floor of the upper villa has two bedrooms and two baths and can sleep up to four people. Each rental has its own fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. With the exception of the maAs a whole, the two twin villas can accommodate up to twenty-eight people.
